All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Brisa Partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without our written consent.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brisa Partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
